For long-term rent: a spacious 2-room apartment in a convenient location on the border of the city center and the seaside district, in a renovated small apartment building opposite the city center tennis courts. The building has a large courtyard with a sauna house with a terrace, a shed, and private parking.

The apartment has a separate entrance, is spacious with high ceilings, and has a small terrace in front where you can enjoy your morning coffee in summer. In addition to the apartment, the tenant can also use the sauna located in an outbuilding, which is shared among the apartment owners.

Utility costs are added to the rent: approximately €55–70 in summer and €120–160 in winter + electricity.

Upon signing the lease, the tenant must pay one month’s rent in advance, a security deposit of €450, and a brokerage fee of €450. The lease will initially be signed for up to one year.
