The apartment includes a spacious living room with kitchen (28.9 m²), a bedroom (15.6 m²), and a shower room/WC (5.7 m², with the possibility of adding a sauna). The rooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, with access from both rooms to the large south-facing terrace. The comfortable indoor climate is ensured by water-based underfloor heating and heat recovery ventilation, and air conditioning can be added for an extra cost.
