The new 7-storey apartment building being constructed at Tiiru Street 3 in the Valgre residential district is located by the sea, between the tennis hall and Hestia Hotel Strand, on the edge of the coastal meadow. The building features 2- to 4-room apartments, all of which have a balcony or terrace with a sea view. Each apartment has water-based underfloor heating, its own ventilation unit, floor-to-ceiling windows in the seaside units, and “Premium” interior finishing as standard. All apartments are pre-fitted for air conditioning. The building also includes an elevator and video surveillance. On the ground floor, there are storage units (for an additional cost), a private enclosed courtyard with parking (parking spaces available for an additional fee, including power supply readiness), a children’s playground, and direct access to the seaside promenade. The apartment building is designed by architects Hanno Grossschmidt, Tomomi Hayashi, and Siim Endrikson from HGA architectural bureau.
