Additional information

For rent long-term: a well-maintained two-bedroom apartment (3 rooms in total, including a living room with a kitchen) in a renovated apartment building on the border of the city center and the seaside district. The apartment is clean and is rented with the existing furnishings. A basement storage room is available for the tenant.

In addition to the rent, maintenance costs will be added (on average €110 - €170/month depending on the season and consumption in the apartment) + electricity. Upon signing the rental agreement, the first month’s rent must be paid in advance, along with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a broker’s fee equal to one month’s rent. The rental agreement will initially be signed for one year, with the possibility of extension upon proper fulfillment of the agreement and responsible use of the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in the rental apartment. The maximum number of residents is 3.
