Kinnisvaraekspert (meaning “Property expert” in English) has been operating on the Estonian real estate market since 1993, in Latvia since 2003 and in all three Baltic States since 2009. We have offices in Tallinn and Pärnu, as well as in Riga and Vilnius. Altogether 30 experts who specialise in brokerage, including the renting, valuation and management of property, work in our offices. Our commercial property department also offers the services of investment consulting, brokerage and tenant representation. We have years of experience and excellent knowledge in both residential and commercial property brokerage.
We work closely with one of the largest real estate companies in the world, Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ).
