The new 7-story apartment building being constructed at Tiiru Street 3 in the Valgre residential area is located by the sea, between the tennis hall and Hestia Hotel Strand, on the edge of the beach meadow. The sea-facing rooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, providing access to the large south-facing balcony. The apartment’s comfortable indoor climate is ensured by underfloor heating and heat recovery ventilation, with the option to add cooling for an additional fee.
